José Leonardo Almanzar with a Master's degree in Upper Management from the "Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo" and a Major in international marketing; He was a Professor at the school of Business Administration in the same University. He was for several years the General Manager of Chemprod Laboratories in Santo Domingo. He started Sion International Inc, in Miami to facilitate the purchase of raw material for his Laboratories. In 1989, Jose L. Almanzar moved to the city of Miami in Florida where today resides and exercises as an entrepreneur.

His businesses: Josly Realty in the real estate industry and Josly International in the international service business are the result of more than a quarter century of experience as Chief Executive Officer of Sion International providing services and products to companies in the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Peru, Panama and Venezuela among others.
